Terms and Conditions

1.Online booking office is permitted distinctly for both way tickets. Travelers who need to book just for one way may contact our booking office on the spot.
2.Online ticket can booked at any rate 24 hour before the date venture.
3.Online wiping out of tickets should be possible not later than 24 hours before the date of excursion.

5.Change of name of traveler isn't allowed.
6.(a) For same day return you will be given an hour and a half at Sh. Kedarnath Ji.
b) Passengers who wish to remain for the time being at Kedarnathji and need to restore the following day are encouraged to make their appointments toward the evening openings as it were. Overnight travelers whenever booked in forenoon spaces will be flown toward the evening as it were.
c) Passengers going toward the evening spaces are probably not going to restore that day. Such travelers are encouraged to make their own game plans for boarding and housing at Kedarnathji.
7.This Travel Document gave by the Company will be dependent upon the principles of retraction as follows :-
an) If PTD is dropped ten days or above from the date of excursion, 10% reasoning will be made.
b) If PTD is dropped two days to nine days from the date of excursion, 20% reasoning will be made.
c) If PTD is dropped before 24 Hours from the excursion date, half discount will be made.
d) If PTD is dropped under 24 hours from the date of movement, travelers will be treated as 'No Show'. 'No Show' cases are not qualified for any discount.
8.If flight is dropped by UTair for specialized reasons, travelers are qualified for full discount.
9.In instance of retraction of trip because of awful climate or specialized tangle, the PTD will be dropped and full discount will be made.
10.In the instance of an arrival ticket, in the event that one leg of the excursion is finished and the other leg isn't finished either because of specialized reasons or climate conditions, the traveler will be qualified for discount of half of the ticket cost. The un-benefited leg of excursion is to be dropped by UTair Official on the site with stamp and explanation behind wiping out. No discounts are permissible where the traveler intentionally chooses not to benefit one leg of travel and don't get stamp of crossing out from UTair official.
11.In no case the organization is at risk to give convenience to the travelers if the flight isn't worked because of any explanation.
12.Refund, if any will be made uniquely on delivering the Original Receipt/PTD with Cancellation underwriting of UTair's Authorized Official. No Refunds are permissible on lost/copy of tickets or verbal endorsements. Discounts in instances of wiping out of trips because of awful climate or specialized reasons against tickets booked online by utilizing charge/Visas/net banking/RTGS/NEFT and so forth will be made uniquely at the Head Office of the Company. Solicitations for discounts are to be made inside 15 days of the date of excursion bombing which the case will be immediately dismissed. 13.Tickets booked through the Agents will be discounted to the Agents as it were.
14.Passengers are required to experience Medical Checkup and Biometric enlistment or some other necessity for Kedarnath Yatra 2025. Government Uttarakhand will make reasonable course of action for this reason.
